      Our models analyse local policy, validation checklists and your documents to flag likely issues, suggest missing items, and auto-structure statements. You stay in control. AI provides drafts and checks you can accept or edit.

    • Which authorities and forms are supported?

      We cover standard UK application types and validation requirements across most LPAs. Coverage is expanding, if your authority has unique requirements, you can add custom checklists and templates.

    • How accurate are the AI suggestions?

      AI outputs are high-quality starting points but not a substitute for professional judgment. We surface sources, confidence hints, and change-tracking so you can review before submission.

    • Will you train on our project data?

      By default, your private project data is not used to train global models. You can opt in to organisation-only learning to improve suggestions for your team.
